Flight and Ticketing Abuja is seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle flight bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic and international flight bookings and reservations
• Provide information on airline fares, schedules, baggage allowances, booking conditions, and ticketing procedures
• Maintain proper customer records, booking information, and transaction documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc
• Good understanding of domestic and international flight bookings and reservations
• Familiarity with airline fares, schedules, baggage allowances, booking conditions, and ticketing procedures
• Knowledge of GDS Platforms such as Amadeus
