Business Intelligence Officer (Business Analyst)

Prosperealty Company Limited is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Intelligence Officer to support data-driven decision-making across our real estate operations. This role involves monitoring and analyzing sales performance, property inventory, and market trends to provide actionable insights for the Sales and Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage data across the company's CRM and sales management systems.
• Track leads from initial enquiry through qualification, property presentation, inspection, negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property inventory, including availability, pricing, status and relevant property details.
• Develop and monitor sales pipeline reports, identifying conversion rates, bottlenecks, ageing leads and opportunities.
• Track and analyse Property Advisor/Agent performance, including leads generated, follow-ups, inspections, conversions, revenue and closed transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports and dashboards covering sales, leads, inventory and agent performance.
• Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, gaps and areas requiring management attention.
• Provide actionable insights to the Sales and Management teams to improve lead conversion, sales productivity and revenue performance.
• Conduct market intelligence activities, monitoring property prices, competing developments, market trends, customer preferences and emerging opportunities.
• Support management with data-driven insights for sales strategy, property positioning and business planning.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across CRM, sales and property records.
• Develop and improve reporting templates, dashboards and business intelligence processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics or a related role.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in the real estate industry.
• Practical experience working with CRM systems, preferably within a sales-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of lead management, sales funnels and pipeline tracking.
• Experience tracking and reporting on sales/agent performance.
• Strong knowledge of property inventory and real estate sales processes.
• Excellent Excel skills, including data analysis, PivotTables, lookups and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/dashboarding tools is an advantage.
• Strong market research and competitive intelligence capabilities.
• Excellent reporting, data visualisation and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or gaps in data.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, practical business insights for management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
