Storekeeper

Oversee inventory management, stock control, receiving and inspecting goods, storage organization, and record keeping. This role involves managing supplies for a 24-hour restaurant that operates morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking usage, and optimizing stock levels.
• Receiving deliveries of supplies and ingredients, ensuring quality and quantity match order specifications.
• Properly storing ingredients and supplies to maintain quality and prevent spoilage.
• Keeping detailed records of all stock movements and returns.
• Monitoring stock levels and preparing purchase orders for procurement.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications with 2-5 years of experience.
• Proximity to Bodija, Ibadan is preferred.
• Available to resume immediately.
