Territory Growth Officer

ProcessFlow Consulting Ltd is seeking a Territory Growth Officer to drive power bank rentals, improve location performance, and expand the company's network across Lagos State. The role involves managing assigned locations, supporting operators, identifying growth opportunities, and reporting field activities.

Responsibilities

• Grow daily power bank rentals and meet targets across assigned locations.
• Identify underperforming locations and implement improvement measures.
• Encourage repeat rentals among existing customers.
• Support operators with community awareness and customer acquisition.
• Target high-footfall areas including campuses, motor parks, transport hubs, and markets.
• Coordinate local activations and partnerships to generate rentals.
• Visit operators regularly, monitor compliance, and coach underperforming operators.
• Check station conditions, power bank availability, and branding.
• Identify and escalate operational issues affecting rentals.
• Recommend interventions or relocation for consistently underperforming locations.
• Identify new high-demand communities and assess potential operators and locations.
• Build a pipeline of new locations within the assigned cluster.
• Report rental performance, field activities, challenges, and market insights to the Head of Operations.
• Document field visits, agreed actions, and follow up on unresolved issues.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field operations.
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage field teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports.
• Ability to travel across Lagos State.

Salary ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
