HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and people strategy within a fast-paced organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations
- Manage talent management
- Handle employee relations
- Oversee performance management

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ HR experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in Construction or Real Estate is mandatory
- Must reside in Abuja
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Salary
- ₦600,000 monthly
