Construction Project Manager

ARCO Estate Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the development of its proposed Head Office Building in Lagos, managing the project from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the project.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
• Lead consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and materials.
• Oversee site supervision, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project risks.
• Coordinate statutory approvals, snagging, handover, and completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or Quantity Surveying/Cost Management.
• Membership of a relevant professional body such as MNIA, MNSE, MNIOB, MNIQS, MCIPMN, or PMP.
• Minimum of 10 years' comprehensive cognate experience, including medium- to high-rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of building control regulations, construction processes, and digital design and cost-management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
