Human Resources Officer / HR Business Partner

Birdview Travels & Tours is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer / HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, policy enforcement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Handle employee relations
• Enforce HR policies
• Oversee performance management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Professional certification from CIPM is required
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment practices, and labor laws
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and MS Office skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and excel in a hybrid environment
