HR Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to support our human resources functions in Ota, Ogun State. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Responsibilities:

• Manage employee records and maintain up-to-date HR documentation
• Support recruitment processes including posting vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Assist in onboarding new hires and organizing orientation programs
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Coordinate training sessions and performance appraisal activities
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR guidelines Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience at a mid-level capacity
• Must hold an HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation in Nigeria
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must reside within the Ota, Iyana Ipaja, or Abule-Egba axis
