Fadac Resources is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the frozen food supply chain to lead our cold-chain inventory financing initiative. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with major players in the frozen food ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Map out the frozen food supply chain and identify financing opportunities.
• Evaluate product movement patterns to determine credit needs and risk levels.
• Identify and onboard high-quality frozen food distributors, cold-chain operators, and retail outlets.
• Drive adoption of inventory financing solutions across the frozen food value chain.
• Collaborate with freezer vendors and dealers to integrate equipment into financing models.
• Build a strong database of verified frozen food distributors who qualify for inventory financing.
• Recommend new products, market entry strategies, and cold-chain financing innovations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the frozen food sector.
• Strong understanding of freezer distribution, cold storage, and frozen product sales.
• Deep knowledge of cold-chain operations, distribution networks, and supply chain structure.
• Experience managing large customer portfolios in the frozen food industry.
• Strong negotiation, sales closing, and partner management skills.
• Familiarity with financing, credit, or distributor funding models (advantage).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver aggressive partner acquisition targets.
• Strong analytical thinking and market intelligence skills.
