We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Life Insurance Team Leader/Unit Sales Manager who is ready to take on a new challenge and build a strong sales team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a minimum of 10–15 Marketers
• Lead and drive sales performance in the insurance sector

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Unit Sales Manager in a Life Insurance Company
• Strong leadership, recruitment and sales management skills

Salary ₦200,000 monthly salary + Monthly Overriding Commission (ORC)
