The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of assigned construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, while managing site teams and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from start to completion.
• Supervise Site Managers and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and prevent delays.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Provide regular progress and performance reports to the Site Lead.
