Communications and Partnerships Manager

All On is seeking a Communications and Partnerships Manager to lead its Communications, Partnerships, and Grants function. The role focuses on strengthening stakeholder relationships, driving strategic communications, overseeing grants, and supporting energy access initiatives across Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Lead All On's communications, media relations, and executive thought leadership initiatives
• Develop stakeholder engagement and partnership strategies
• Identify and manage strategic collaboration opportunities
• Oversee grant portfolios, sponsored initiatives, and partner relationships
• Represent the organization at national and international events
• Lead and manage the Communications, Partnerships, and Grants team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field (Advanced Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in communications, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or related fields
• Strong strategic planning, team leadership, and organizational development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience building and managing high-value partnerships
• Strong understanding of Nigeria's energy access sector, impact investing, and capital markets
• High level of integrity, ownership, and professionalism
