Business Support & Growth Associate

A fashion ready to wear brand is looking for a smart, teachable and resourceful individual who is willing to learn, grow and contribute to a growing fashion business. You will receive hands-on training and support in: Administration: Organising records, maintaining databases and supporting daily business operations. Customer Service & Sales: Responding to enquiries, following up with prospective customers and supporting sales. Marketing: Assisting with campaigns, promotions and product launches. Content Creation: Brainstorming content ideas, writing captions, recording videos and supporting social media activities.

At least 2 years sales experience and a bit of content creation, Practical, hands-on training provided. Exposure to fashion, sales, marketing and business operations. Opportunities to develop valuable professional skills. Room for growth and increased responsibility based on performance.

Work mode: Hybrid — some days on site, some from home.
