About the role
Alpha Morgan Capital is seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and manage client portfolios effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services sales, strong relationship management skills, and an established clientele base among High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive AUM growth through client acquisition and retention
- Manage client portfolios in line with investment goals and risk appetite
- Deepen relationships with HNIs
- Present performance reports to directors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in selling financial services with proven relationship management within the finance sector
- Established clientele base (particularly with HNIs and institutions)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
