Customer Relations Officer

We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to join our team and help us build strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Use AI tools and social media platforms to engage with customers and promote our services - Convert incoming leads and enquiries into paying clients - Conduct physical client visits and property assessments as required - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills Requirements: - Excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using AI tools and managing social media platforms - Ability to convert enquiries into paying clients - Availability for physical client visits and property assessments - A functional laptop, an active smartphone, and a quiet work environment
