Senior Marketing Coordinator

Mano is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead multichannel marketing campaigns, coordinate internal and external teams, and drive brand awareness and business growth in Lagos. This role requires strong project management, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination across digital, social media, CRM, and offline platforms.

Responsibilities • Lead marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards. • Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and identify required campaign assets. • Select appropriate marketing channels and coordinate campaign budgets with the Marketing Lead. • Coordinate internal teams, including designers, CRM leads, social media staff, and business unit leads. • Manage external vendors for offline campaigns, including billboards, radio, TV, and events. • Organise project meetings and follow up on deadlines and deliverables. • Oversee marketing collateral production and provide copy direction. • Create monthly CRM content for email, WhatsApp, in-app messages, and push notifications. • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and recommend improvements. • Support and mentor junior marketing staff, including the Social Media Coordinator. • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to improve campaigns.

Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3–5 years of marketing experience, particularly in campaign coordination or project management. • Experience managing multichannel campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, and offline platforms. • Strong project management, timeline coordination, and resource allocation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Experience overseeing marketing assets and creating copy for different channels. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations. • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure. • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
