We are seeking a mid-level Waitress to join our team in Osogbo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. - Serve food and drinks promptly and according to the restaurant's standards. - Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy. - Clean and set up tables, maintain a clean and tidy work environment. - Address any customer complaints or special requests. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Waitress or similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
