Human Resource Officer

Crestructure is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, employee records, performance tracking and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes
• Maintain employee records
• Track employee performance
• Oversee HR operations

Requirements

• BSc/HND in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 2–3 years’ HR experience
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR policies
• Strong communication, organisation & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR software/ERP is an advantage
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Salary ₦350,000/month
