Human Resources Manager

We are recruiting a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, creating strategic HR plans, administering compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Creating strategic HR plans
• Administering compensation and benefits programs
• Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
• Supporting the performance review process
• Resolving conflict among employees
• Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
• Forecasting future staffing needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years experience.
