Automobile Workshop Procurement Officer

Redline Automobile is seeking an Automobile Workshop Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of vehicle spare parts, workshop tools, equipment, and operational supplies. The role ensures quality, competitive pricing, and timely availability while maintaining strong supplier relationships and inventory coordination.

Responsibilities • Source and procure vehicle spare parts, tools, equipment, and office supplies. • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers. • Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment. • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records. • Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and specifications. • Build and maintain supplier relationships. • Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving strategies. • Coordinate with the workshop and other departments to meet operational needs.

Requirements • HND/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field. • Proven procurement experience specifically in the automobile industry. • Knowledge of automobile spare parts and workshop equipment is an advantage. • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
