Sepconcept Media Agency seeks a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the agency's online presence, strengthen brand visibility, and drive audience engagement across social media platforms.
Location: Isheri-Egbeda, Lagos (On-site) Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities Manage Sepconcept's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Develop and implement content strategies and monthly content calendars. Create engaging content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos. Schedule and publish content consistently. Monitor account performance, audience engagement, and growth. Respond to comments, messages, and audience enquiries. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements. Identify relevant trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility.
Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management. Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Ability to create engaging content and write compelling captions. Basic graphic design and video editing skills. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting. Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must be available to work on-site in Isheri-Egbeda, Lagos.
