About the role
Tutorszone is seeking skilled and tech-savvy French tutors to deliver engaging online lessons to children and teenagers across different grade levels. The role involves preparing curriculum-aligned lesson plans, assessing student performance, using digital teaching tools, and maintaining a professional teaching environment.
Responsibilities • Deliver engaging online French lessons to individuals or small groups. • Prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. • Assess students’ performance and provide feedback. • Use digital teaching tools effectively. • Maintain a professional and distraction-free teaching environment. • Ensure punctuality and consistency with scheduled classes. • Upload lesson materials and reports as required. • Communicate students’ progress to parents or guardians when necessary.
Requirements • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; Education or a related field is preferred. • At least 2 years of teaching experience, online or offline. • Experience working with children or teenagers. • Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and clear-audio headset. • Quiet and professional teaching environment. • Strong communication, teaching and virtual classroom management skills. • Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet and other online teaching tools. • Patience, creativity and ability to simplify complex concepts. • Willingness to undergo training and class observation. • Familiarity with international curricula is an advantage. • Teaching certifications are an added advantage.
