Senior Sales Manager, Mid Market

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow its France Mid Market Sales Team. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing sales execution, and ensuring the team aligns with Cloudflare's culture and goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the France Mid-Market Sales Team
• Drive sales growth through operational rigor and pipeline generation
• Implement best practices using the company’s sales methodology
• Execute regional strategies tailored to the French mid-market segment
• Act as a player-coach to support closing strategic deals

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales management experience in B2B SaaS/Tech
• Fluency in French and English
• Proven success managing medium-length, high-velocity sales cycles
• Solid understanding of the French IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity landscape
• Experience or familiarity with cloud security, network performance, Zero Trust, SASE, and modern web architecture
• Mastery of sales methodologies, CRM hygiene (Salesforce), and accurate quarterly forecasting
• Hands-on leadership style capable of coaching and developing early-to-mid career AEs

Salary

• Estimated annual salary: €178,000 - €244,000
• This role is eligible for incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan
