A Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and growth of Databricks' platform among key customers. This hybrid technical and commercial role involves leading post-sales technical strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and driving customer success through technical leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans for prioritized customers.
• Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan.
• Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple selling teams.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical issues or questions related to production status of agreed-upon use cases.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Shared Services, and other internal teams to deliver onboarding and enablement plans.
• Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
• Develop execution plans covering all customer-facing technical roles and teams.
• Provide internal and external updates, including KPI reporting on customer health and use case progression.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within Data and AI domains.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
• Technical program or project management experience with stakeholder and resource management.
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, and managing complex programs/projects.
• Track record of overachievement against quota or goal targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Salary $180,000 - $247,500 USD annually
