Brand and Marketing Manager

WAVE is seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager to strengthen brand identity, grow the customer base, and lead marketing initiatives that drive sales and customer loyalty for a fashion and lifestyle brand. The role involves developing brand strategies, executing campaigns, managing digital channels, building partnerships, and leading creative teams.

Responsibilities • Develop brand strategies, positioning, and consistent brand guidelines. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions. • Manage marketing calendars across social media, email, websites, and other channels. • Oversee content creation, paid advertising, and online customer engagement. • Build partnerships with influencers, creators, media contacts, and complementary brands. • Coordinate brand activations, pop-ups, launches, and events. • Develop customer acquisition, retention, referral, and loyalty initiatives. • Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and prepare reports. • Coordinate creative teams, agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver campaigns effectively.

Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • At least 4 years of brand or marketing experience, including campaign or project management. • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail, or a related consumer-facing industry is preferred. • Demonstrable success in brand development, marketing campaigns, or customer and sales growth. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and customer behaviour. • Experience managing budgets, external partners, and multiple deadlines. • Excellent analytical, communication, creative, and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with advertising platforms, analytics tools, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.

Salary ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month
