Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors professionally
• Manage appointment scheduling and bookings
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries with courtesy
• Maintain organized records and communication logs
• Support team members in day-to-day front office tasks

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in reception or customer service
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
