Field Sales Marketer (Bulk Delivery Solutions)

UpperMark Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Marketer to expand their footprint across Lagos commercial trading hubs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand presence, acquiring and retaining merchants, coordinating order dispatches, and maintaining accurate records. Performance is measured by completed delivery volume and recurring trade accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily field sweeps during peak trade hours.
• Serve as the frontline face of the company in designated market hubs.
• Target and pitch high-volume traders, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Collect dispatch details and issue transparent quotes.
• Submit daily field logs with merchant visits, onboardings, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Lagos with easy access to Oshodi, Ikeja (Computer Village), or Alaba International Market.
• Minimum of 1+ years of proven marketing or field sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal negotiation skills; fluent in English and proficient in Nigerian Pidgin.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
• Must possess an active, internet-enabled smartphone.

Salary

• Base Salary: ₦120,000 per month
• Monthly Outperformance Bonus: ₦30,000 for exceeding KPIs (Total earning potential: ₦150,000+ monthly)
