Field POS Support Officer

We are seeking a proactive Field POS Support Officer to provide on-site technical and sales support for our point-of-sale (POS) systems in Lekki, Lagos. The role involves visiting existing clients to troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues while also identifying and converting new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Visit clients within Lekki, Lagos to diagnose and resolve POS hardware and software issues promptly.
• Demonstrate and explain company POS products to potential clients to drive adoption and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify new sales leads during field visits and convert them into active customers.
• Provide timely feedback to internal teams on common client issues and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, client interactions, and sales outcomes. Requirements:
• Minimum of OND qualification in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
• Prior experience in field sales, customer support, or POS/retail technology is required.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills to close sales and resolve disputes.
• Proficiency in basic troubleshooting of electronic payment devices and mobile applications.
• Must be based in Lekki, Lagos and able to travel daily within the area.
