The Shoe Lab NG is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shoe Cobbler/Technician to join their team in Abuja, Nigeria. The role involves performing high-quality shoe repairs and maintaining workshop tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out shoe repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
• Handle repairs such as sole replacement, stitching, gluing, patching and other applicable shoe repairs.
• Assess damaged shoes and determine the appropriate repair method.
• Work with different types of footwear and materials.
• Handle customers’ shoes carefully and professionally.
• Ensure repairs are completed within agreed turnaround times.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality before handing over to the Front Desk.
• Maintain and properly use workshop tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shoe Cobbler, Shoe Repairer, Shoe Technician or similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of shoe repair techniques.
• Ability to work with different types of footwear and materials.
• Good attention to detail and finishing.
• Ability to diagnose shoe damage and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Good hand skills and ability to use shoe-repair tools and equipment.

Salary ₦80,000 – ₦100,000 monthly
