Bids & Tendering Executive

Groupe Aldelia Limited is seeking a Bids & Tendering Executive to manage tender opportunities and prepare competitive bids for oil and gas industry contracts. The role involves end-to-end coordination of bid submissions, compliance with Nigerian local content regulations, and collaboration across technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from NNPC, IOCs, NOCs, and other industry clients. • Manage the tendering process from pre-qualification to final bid submission. • Prepare technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting documents. • Coordinate with technical, operations, HSE, and finance teams to develop competitive bids. • Ensure compliance with Nigerian local content regulations, client specifications, and industry standards. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing assessments, and bid risk evaluations. • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies. • Maintain tender databases, bid securities, submission records, and documentation. • Provide management with tender progress updates and recommendations.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. • 4–7 years’ experience in bids, tendering, or business development within the oil and gas industry. • At least 3 years’ experience with oil and gas servicing companies in Nigeria. • Proven track record of winning competitive tenders involving IOCs, NOCs, and indigenous companies. • Knowledge of the NOGICD Act, Nigerian local content regulations, NNPC procurement procedures, and HSE requirements. • Strong proposal writing, commercial analysis, pricing, negotiation, and project coordination skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender/document management systems. • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
