Customer Success Officer

We are seeking a Customer Success Officer to ensure excellent client experiences within our insurance operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and support
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Use Microsoft Office tools for daily tasks

Requirements

• OND qualification only
• Age below 28 years
• Male candidates preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in customer experience or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Salary ₦150,000 per month
