About the role
Ritcee Concept, an agri-commodity export company, is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, manage cash flow, strengthen controls, and drive profitability. The CFO will play a key role in supporting business growth within the agricultural export sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations and strategic planning
- Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability
- Implement and maintain strong financial controls and risk management systems
- Drive business performance through financial analysis and insights
- Support expansion and growth initiatives in commodity trading and export
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years’ finance experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Expertise in financial strategy, cash flow management, risk management, and business performance
