Help cardholders manage their money with confidence by taking inbound calls related to card activation, replacements, lost or stolen cards, balances, and account questions. You'll handle payments, transfers, disputes, and identity verification while following strict security and compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound banking card calls from home
• Handle card activation, replacements, lost or stolen cards, balances, and account questions
• Manage payments, transfers, and disputes accurately and securely
• Verify identities and follow strict security and compliance protocols on every call
• Spot potential fraud and help resolve it with composure
• Accurately document every interaction

Requirements

• Clear, empathetic phone communication
• Care for protecting sensitive financial information
• Comfort moving between multiple systems at once
• Composure and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Salary

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour, plus performance incentives
• $300 certification bonus once you complete 200 productive hours
• +$50 bonus if you certify within 6 weeks
