Head, HR Operations

Custodian Investment Plc is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HR Operations and provide strategic HR support across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Operations team and provide strategic HR support.
• Oversee HR policies, employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, and welfare.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory remittances, including Pension, NHF, NSITF, and ITF.
• Drive employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
• Partner with Talent & Performance Management on KPIs, job descriptions, performance, and development.
• Ensure HR compliance, accurate employee records, and effective HR systems.
• Support Agency Operations and maintain relationships with regulators and service providers.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations team.

Requirements

• 7–10 years’ HR experience, with strong HR Operations experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• CIPM or relevant professional HR certification.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with HR Management Systems and HR reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
