ElamaxPros is seeking a dynamic and motivated Forex Telesales Agent to join their team in Lagos. The role involves making outbound sales calls, converting leads into active trading accounts, and managing a pipeline of prospects through the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into funded, active trading accounts.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects through the CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Prior customer-facing or sales experience (telemarketing, collections, real estate, insurance, banking, or similar).
• Forex/financial services sales experience is an advantage, not required.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and performance targets.
• Stable work history.
• Immediately available preferred.
• Degree not required.

Salary Competitive base salary + commission (FTD-based)
