HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HR Manager to oversee the daily operations of our eatery, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR policies, staff handbook, code of conduct, and enforce discipline.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and facilitates staff training and development in the fast food business.
• Handle staff conflicts, queries, and disciplinary actions professionally.
• Ensure compliance with labour law and food safety regulations.
• Manage payroll, overtime, advances, and staff welfare with accounts.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Hospitality Management.
• 2-4 years HR experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google sheets, and HR software.
• Must have HR Certification.
