Role Overview

Belanova Apartments and Suites is seeking a smart and well-presented waiter to provide a seamless dining experience to guests through attention-to-detail, professionalism, and warm, skilled service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take and serve guest orders.
• Receive and process guest complaints.
• Use product knowledge to upsell products and services.
• Comply with health and regulatory standards.
• Meet guest expectations within the boundaries of company policy.
• Maintain excellent product and service quality.
• Complete supporting roles as required by the department, e.g., keeping service stations clean etc.

Requirements

• Possess relevant qualifications and experience.
• Must have a passion for hospitality.
• Must communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Must be well-groomed.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Must maintain a warm and friendly demeanor combined with a professional and respectful attitude.
• Must work well in a team.
