Sales & Marketing Executive

TT Dalk is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Attend to walk-in, online and referral clients, guiding them through collections and closing sales
• Generate new leads through social media, events, networking and referrals
• Manage customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms promptly
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, pop-ups and promotions
• Create and help create engaging content (photos, videos, reels) for brand pages
• Build and maintain a client database and follow up for repeat business
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform collections and pricing
• Coordinate with the production team on orders, fittings and delivery timelines
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years' sales experience (fashion, retail or lifestyle brand preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong social media skills and understanding of digital marketing

Remuneration

• Attractive monthly salary
• Monthly commission on targets achieved
• Weekly allowance
• Two (2) off days per week
