A Leading Microfinance Bank is seeking a dedicated and motivated female telemarketer to join their team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers for loan products and other banking services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote banking services.
• Provide customer support and answer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using basic computer software.
