Acquisition Associate

The Acquisition Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing customer issues, and executing strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers
• Identifying new sales opportunities and generating revenue
• Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure customer success
• Managing and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
• Developing and executing strategic account plans
• Providing regular updates to customers on account status and company news
• Analyzing sales data and creating reports for management
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote company products

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, acquisition, or customer relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities
• Proficiency in data analysis and report creation
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Salary ₦100,000 monthly
