We are seeking a Growth & User Acquisition Specialist to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital, social, community, referral, partnership, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate will identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth, customer acquisition, digital marketing, business development, partnerships, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion, and growth strategies.
• Demonstrable experience delivering measurable results in customer or user growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in technology, fintech, media, or other digital businesses.
