Acquisition Associate

The Acquisition Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing customer issues, and executing strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers
• Understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Identifying new sales opportunities and generating revenue
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer support teams
• Managing and resolving customer issues promptly
• Developing and executing strategic account plans
• Providing regular updates to customers on account status and company news
• Analyzing sales data and creating reports for management
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote company products

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Analytical mindset with data reporting capabilities
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in retail or automotive operations (preferred)

Salary ₦100,000 monthly
