Operations & Logistics Officer /​ Driver

Ruby Premium Mining and Earth Engineering Limited is seeking a reliable Operations & Logistics Officer / Driver to manage day-to-day operational activities and transportation needs in Kubwa, Abuja. The role involves driving company vehicles, coordinating logistics for staff and materials, maintaining vehicle records, and supporting field operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Manage transportation of staff, documents, equipment, and materials.
• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with the movement of staff to project and field locations.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and official assignments.
• Support procurement and delivery of materials when required.
• Maintain vehicle and movement records.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and field personnel.
• Assist management with official errands and operational assignments.
• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and properly maintained.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• OND / HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s licence.
• Good knowledge of Abuja and surrounding areas.
• Previous experience in mining, engineering, construction, or logistics (advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours when operational assignments require it.
• Demonstrable safe driving habits and good knowledge of road safety regulations.

Salary ₦80,000 – ₦100,000 monthly.
