About the role
Flexi Microfinance Bank is seeking results-driven Loan Sales Officers to acquire new customers, promote loan products, and expand financial inclusion across Nigeria. The role involves field marketing, credit assessments, documentation, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new loan customers via field marketing, referrals, and outreach.
- Promote loan products to individuals and small businesses.
- Conduct credit assessments, manage documentation, and track repayments.
- Meet assigned sales and portfolio targets while ensuring policy compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Experience in sales, banking, microfinance, or fintech is an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Salary ₦70,000 basic salary + ₦20,000 transport allowance, plus performance-based commission.
