Technical Product Specialist – Solar & Energy Storage

Itel Energy is a renewable energy solutions company focused on providing reliable, affordable, and sustainable solar power solutions across Nigeria. The Technical Product Specialist – Solar & Energy Storage will be responsible for supporting the sales team with technical product knowledge and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and sales teams regarding solar and energy storage products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and trainings as needed.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications meet customer needs.
• Maintain and update product documentation and technical guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in solar energy systems or energy storage solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
