Senior Support Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our Client Success team. This role involves owning client problems from start to finish, working closely with developers, and ensuring exceptional support experiences for municipal clerks.
Responsibilities:
- Own client issues from first message to confirmed fix.
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Improve documentation and support processes.
- Train clients on Town Web, HeyGov, and ClerkMinutes products.
- Maintain the knowledge base and AI agent (Fin) to ensure accurate support.
Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer support or similar roles.
- Familiarity with software development processes.
- Ability to work remotely during Central US hours.
Salary: $85,000 to $105,000 a year.
