SOCIAL MEDIA & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER

We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and social media-savvy individual to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, grow our online communities, and support customer communication and sales.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas, reels, captions, and strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and consistently update our social media pages and WhatsApp communities.
• Film, edit, and publish quality content using a smartphone and relevant editing tools.
• Stay updated on social media trends and develop creative ideas that align with our brand.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across our digital platforms.
• Convert inquiries into paying clients through effective communication, sales, and follow-up.
• Use AI tools effectively for content creation, design, and marketing.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
• Support customer relations and other marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to create engaging videos, reels, captions, and other digital content.
• Excellent communication skills, clear diction, and a strong command of English.
• Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box.
• Good knowledge of video editing, graphic design, and AI content creation tools.
• Strong customer service, sales, and follow-up skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Must have a personal laptop and smartphone.
• Must be available for physical assignments when required.

Salary

• ₦70,000–₦100,000 monthly
