Digital Marketing Assistant

The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the team with feedback-related tasks while applying knowledge of content creation, digital strategy, and marketing tactics to help increase customer traffic and engagement across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring the company info email
• Monitor internal survey feedback, including customer experience, facility condition, and staff feedback
• Research and analyse data related to client satisfaction surveys
• Support report creation and data analysis for survey monitoring
• Assist with online platform reviews and feedback responses
• Support social media reviews and feedback responses
• Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience with social media and marketing
• Basic knowledge of social media, SEO, and digital marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong writing skills are a plus
• Experience in the mental health field is a plus

Salary: ₦200,000
