The Country Manager will provide strategic leadership across the Nigerian business, with responsibility for commercial growth, operational performance, financial results, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. They will also play a key role in strengthening client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, developing local talent, and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field
• MBA or Master's degree is an advantage
• 18+ years of leadership experience in maritime, offshore, oil & gas, logistics or related industries
• Proven experience leading a country operation, business unit or large-scale operational function
• Strong track record in P&L management, commercial growth, and strategic client management
• Strong understanding of marine, offshore, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and financial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and manage risk effectively
