Construction Project Manager

Role Overview

Arco Estate Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the development of the proposed Head Office Building in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, scheduling and coordination
• Budgeting, cost control and cash-flow monitoring
• Leadership of consultants, contractors and project teams
• Contract, procurement and materials management
• Site supervision, quality assurance and safety compliance
• Stakeholder engagement, reporting and risk management
• Statutory approvals, snagging, handover and completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction Technology or Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
• Membership of a relevant professional body, such as MNIA, MNSE, MNIOB, MNIQS, MCIPMN or PMP
• Minimum of 10 years’ comprehensive cognate experience across building/infrastructure projects, including medium- to high-rise building construction
• Strong knowledge of building control regulations, construction processes and digital design and cost-management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
